Urban Restaurant Group Partners with The Benson Portland, Curio Collection by Hilton, To Create NW French Bistro

PORTLAND, Ore. (April 15, 2024) The Benson Portland, Curio Collection by Hilton, announced its new partnership and culinary agreement with Urban Restaurant Group (URG), to manage all food offerings at the iconic downtown Portland hotel, to include The Palm Court Restaurant & Bar, Room Service and banquets.

With URG’s help, The Benson Portland’s Palm Court Restaurant has been transformed into a Northwest Bistro with French influences, showcasing Urban Restaurant Group’s culinary expertise and dedication to providing guests a memorable dining experience.
