5's across the board! Excellent service from everyone on staff, but particularly Bobby! Bobby was incredibly warm and friendly, knowledgeable about the hotel and the area, and recommended delicious brunch items.We felt truly taken care of at all times, and when we had a small issue, it was resolved in 5 minutes. The bed was THE BEST, and the hotel was very quiet. Beautiful decor as well. I would absolutely stay there again! Date of stay: April 2024
