• Hotel contracts must be signed by May 31, 2026

Terms & Conditions • This promotional offer applies to Groups utilizing one or more participating TID Portland hotel(s) with a minimum of 50 rooms on peak night and at least 100 total room nights. • The group must be contracted with participating Portland hotel(s) by May 31, 2026. • Group meeting dates must occur between January 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028. • Valid for new business only, not applicable to previously contracted business. • Sales leads must originate from the Travel Portland convention sales team, or eligible hotel(s) must provide the event RFP to request Travel Portland promotion assistance by sharing the opportunity via email to salespromo@travelportland.com. Once approved by Travel Portland, the hotel can extend the promotion to the group. • The promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers from Travel Portland, and the incentive is not available to groups that receive VDF grants. • The rebate is limited to a maximum payout of $10,000 per event and will be paid directly to the Group within 60 days of departure, contingent upon the Group’s return of all requested documents by the date referenced in the confirmation letter. • For groups with a minimum of 300 total room nights, site tour assistance includes airfare for one person ($1,000 maximum), ground transportation in the city, hosted meals with your Travel Portland representative and complimentary accommodation based on availability. • Travel Portland reserves the right to end the promotion at any time and funds will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
